Here at Orka Golf, our aim is to ensure your interaction with us, whether that be in person or via open communications, meets your expectations as well as our own. We are often asked a range of questions, many of which are below. We hope these will provide you with the answers you might need as well as some clarity. 1. Are there any countries you won't ship to ? - Will are happy to ship worldwide. Simply email us with where you are based and we will provide a shipping cost prior to ordering.
2. Do I have to be custom fit for your products ? - No, we are more than happy to supply you clubs without visiting for a custom fit session. If you already know your specification, we can build to those exactly. We can also arrange a call with you to discuss your requirements and have a virtual fitting with us. You may even have the joys of Alex personally.
3. How long until my clubs are ready after ordering ? - Typically we aim to have all orders shipped out within 14 working days. However, this may vary depending on the time of year and the volume of orders on the assembly line. We will always give you an accurate lead time.
4. How long is my warranty valid for ? - For our heads we give a 12 month warranty, for the shafts, this is down to the respective shaft manufacturer. However, the warranty we provide is only for product failure on the heads. If it is deemed damage occurred by mis-use, then the warranty is null and void.
5. How much is fitting session ? - If you want a fitting session, it costs £100 or $100 depending on where you visit Orka Golf HQ, whether that be UK or USA. However, this fee is refunded if you make a purchase directly with us, at any point after your fitting.
6. What if I change my mind after ordering ? - No problem, as long as you return the products at your expense and undamaged within 14 days of receiving them, we will give you a full refund. If products are damaged or used, no refund will be issued. See our T&C's for full details no returns and refunds.
7. Do you supply heads only ? - Yes, we are more than happy to do so, just ask.
8. Do you offer repairs and re-gripping ? - Yes, we offer a range of additional services, simply drop us an email with your request and we'll happily help.
